Sovcomflot to start placing $498.4 mln replacement bonds on Tue

MOSCOW, Nov 8 (PRIME) -- Russian shipping company Sovcomflot plans to start placing the U.S. $498.4 million issue of replacement bonds on Tuesday, the company said in a statement on Monday.

The bonds will replace Sovcomflot’s U.S. dollar Eurobonds that mature in June 2023.

In late October, the company placed $317.8 million bonds that replace U.S. dollar Eurobonds that mature in 2028.
